Our team is made up of industry professionals with a combined 50+ years in the music industry. They range from record label professionals, to writers/producers, with connections to every facet of the industry.
Matthew A.C. Cohen is an award winning composer/producer that has been working professionally in the music/media industry since he was 15. He has worked with top artists, on blockbuster movies, television shows, and triple A video games. Matthew oversees the creative process and content creation. Recently he was the President of Label Operations at Crimson Twilight Records.

Alec Brownworth
Co-Founder / Artist Manager
Alec Brownworth is the Co-Founder of MJM's management division and resident promotions/social media guru. He has worked at top media companies, he oversees all promotional and social media materials, and along with Matthew creates a timeline and plan for each artist.
Jason is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist with over 30 years of industry experience as a recording engineer, mixing and mastering engineer, producer, and studio director. He has contributed to thousands of recordings, and led Velvet Midnight Records A&R division, as well as the Studio Network - a national group dedicated to affordable recording for artists. Known for his enthusiasm and commitment to putting artists first, Jason always prioritizes artists success.
